Bartholomews are appointed by the Estate Company to deal with the day-to-day management and affairs of the Estate Company where it relates to grounds, roadways, estate features, gardens, etc.

In addition, in consultation with the Directors, they set the annual budget, send out service charge demands, collect monies in, and pay contractors for the services they provide to the Estate.

The primary contact at Bartholomews is Andrew Morrison, Property Manager, who is supported by his colleague Leon Hunter, Managing Director. They are assisted by administration staff based in the Kingston office, who are available to answer any queries

Their offices are open during normal office hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Outside office hours, an emergency service is available on 020 8546 9441.

Any matters relating to the day-to-day management or maintenance of the Estate should be reported to Bartholomews either by telephone, email, or letter.

Your initial query will be acknowledged within 48 hours during normal office hours, together with confirmation of the course of action to be taken.

Any ongoing issues will be updated every 7 working days or at such other intervals as may be appropriate, depending on the length of the works being undertaken.

Complaints regarding Bartholomews’ service can be made directly to the Directors or, alternatively, through Bartholomews’ internal complaints handling procedure. If necessary, complaints can be escalated to their professional body.

Both the Directors and Bartholomews aim to meet residents’ expectations as far as possible, for the benefit of all and to ensure the continuing management, maintenance, and improvement of the Estate.

Bartholomews, as required, employ regular service providers (e.g., gardeners, drainage contractors, electricians) to deal with the everyday maintenance and upkeep of the estate. The gardeners (Messrs Landform Maintenance) are on site between the hours of 8am and 4pm each weekday. Comments and queries regarding the gardens should be addressed to Bartholomews or a Director.
