Wallakers are appointed by the Estate Company to deal with the day-to-day management and affairs of the Estate Company where it relates to grounds, roadways, estate features, gardens, etc., thereof. 

In addition, in consultation with the Directors, they set the annual budget, send out service charge demands, collect monies in and pay out contractors for the service they provide to the Estate.

The Principal at Wallakers, Mr Robert D S Heald FRICS, Chartered Surveyor, is responsible for the management of the development and is ably assisted by his colleague, Property Manager, Mr A Catto.  There is also administration staff available at the Surbiton office close-by who can answer any queries, etc.

Their offices are open during normal office hours 8.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 3.00pm on a Saturday.  Outside hours there is an emergency facility available on 07801 466 732. 

Any matters appertaining to the day-to-day management or maintenance of the Estate should be reported to the offices of Wallakers for their attention either by call to the office, letter or email to one of the addresses above. 

Your initial query will be acknowledged within 48 hours during normal office hours together with the course of action to be taken. 

Any ongoing issues will be updated every 7 working days or other time as appropriate to the length of the works being undertaken. 

Complaints in respect of Wallakers service can be made directly to the Directors or, alternatively, through their complaints handling procedure and dispute resolution through their professional body.

Both the Directors and Wallakers attempt to meet Resident’s expectation as far as possible for the benefit of all and the continuing management, maintenance and improvement of the Estate.

Wallakers, as required, employ regular service providers i.e. gardeners, drainage contractors, electricians to deal with the every day maintenance of the estate and its upkeep. The gardeners (Messrs Landform Maintenance) are on site between the hours of 8am and 4pm each weekday.  Comments and queries regarding the gardens should be addressed to Wallakers or a Director.
